International recognition for our work
The paper of the researchers of Abastumani Astrophysical Observatory published in Astrophysical Journal in September 2015 has been highlighted on the webpage of the American astronomical society (http://aasnova.org/2015/10/05/a-tornado-on-the-sun/) . The first author Irakli Mghebrishvili is a PhD student of Ilia State University.
